Credit System

• Q: What are Dataspider credits used for?

  A: Credits are the currency on dataspider.ai. You can use them to download images, videos, and data from supported platforms. Each download costs a certain amount of credits, depending on the type and size of the content.

• Q: How many credits do I need for different types of downloads?

  A: The consumption of credits is determined by the platform and file type. To know the specific credit consumption, please refer to the table above

• Q: Do my credits expire?

  A: The validity period of your credit depends on your plan:

  • Free Plan: Credits do not expire
  • Standard and Professional Plans: Credits expire after one month
  • Flexible Plan: Credits never expire

Billing & Subscriptions

• Q: What happens to my unused credits at the end of the month?

  A: For Standard and Professional plans (both monthly and yearly), unused credits expire after one month and do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Flexible plan credits are perpetual.

• Q: Can I change my plan or add more credits?

  A: Certainly! Our system is designed to be flexible and accommodate your changing needs. Here's how it works:

  1. Plan Flexibility: You can activate multiple plans at the same time. This means you can combine different plans to meet your needs.
  2. Stacking Credits: You are not limited to a single plan. For example, you can activate a Standard plan and a Professional plan at the same time, or even multiple instances of the same plan type at the same time. This allows you to accumulate more credits if you need them.
  3. Immediate Activation: When you purchase a new plan, the additional credits and features become available immediately. There's no waiting period to access your new resources.
  4. Manual Renewal: Currently, our system supports manual renewal. This means you pay for each plan in advance. There are no automatic monthly charge. When a plan expires, you need manually purchase a new plan or renew an existing one. We currently do not have an auto-renewal feature, giving you full control over your purchases.
  5. Credit Management: You can always add more credits by purchasing additional plans. This allows you to increase your credit availability as your needs grow. Remember, if you need help choosing the right combination of plans for your needs, or if you have any questions about managing your credits and plans, our support team is always here to help.

• Q: What's the difference between Monthly and Annual billing?

  A: Annual billing provides the same monthly credit renewal, but often offers cost savings compared to monthly billing. Credit validity is the same for both options, which is one month.

• Q: How often do my credits refresh?

  A: For Standard and Professional plans, credits are refreshed monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle. Free plan points are not refreshed. Flexible plan points are purchased as needed.
